The League of Ordinary Gentlemen

The League of Ordinary Gentlemen was founded by Laurence Cornelius Loftus, Troy Bourassa, and Shawn Patrick Bryan.

Laurence Cornelius Loftus
Director, President

Laurence (Larry) Cornelius Loftus is a founding Director of The League of Ordinary Gentlemen and the organization's first President. Mr. Loftus holds the position of Bodily Injury Lead Adjuster at CAA Insurance Company (Ontario), where he has been employed since 1992. Born in London, England, Mr. Loftus emigrated to Canada in 1966 and is a proud Canadian Citizen.

Troy Glenn Norman Bourassa
Director, Treasurer

Troy is currently the Claims Manager at CAA Insurance Company and has been at the company since 1998. Troy is an executive member of the Canadian Insurance Claims Managers Association, will be serving as the Vice-President for 2009-2010, and represents the CICMA on the IBC Claims Committee. Troy is an honours History and English graduate of Trent University and is a graduate of the Mohawk College Insurance program graduating at the top of his class with a Business - Insurance diploma. Troy has attained the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, and the Chartered Insurance Operations Professional designation (CIOP). Troy received his MBA from the Edinburgh Business School in 2008. As a teenager, Troy was the Canadian and Eastern volunteer of the year for the Key Club (junior Kiwanis), was the chair of the Walk Safe program at Mohawk College, and has proudly donated blood more than 50 times (not including hockey).

Shawn Patrick Bryan
Director, Secretary

Shawn Patrick Bryan is a founding Director of The League of Ordinary Gentlemen and currently serves as the organization's Secretary. Mr. Bryan has been the Customer Service Manager at CAA Insurance Company (Ontario) since 2006. Prior to his current role, Mr. Bryan has held a series of increasingly responsible positions with CAA Insurance since 1999. Shawn has attained the Chartered Insurance Operations Professional designation (CIOP) and studies at York University where he is a candidate for a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Honours).

Marc W. Reed
Project Co-ordinator

Mr. Reed is the Managing Director at Reed Research Limited and is the Project Co-Ordinator on Project Nepal 2010 for The League of Ordinary Gentlemen.
